PROPOSAL

for Pamela Nauda Clark

What I’m Seeing

You’ve written a lot of really good material! And way more than most people ever get down on paper.

So, as we chatted about, the work here isn’t the writing. It’s sorting, choosing, and building a home for it. That sorting is mine to do, so you get finished pages to react to instead of getting lost in the building yourself.

After reading through everything, two versions of the site have presented themselves out of that, and the difference is really about how much you want to say on each page.

The Choice

Most of your clients arrive with your name already in hand and then they look you up. What they’re deciding when they land on your website is whether you’re the right person for them.

And that can happen in one of two ways!

They recognize themselves

The copy, layout, and visual flow act as a mirror. The moment they land on your home page, they realize: ‘This person understands exactly where I am standing, and where I want to go.’

They sit inside it

A seamless, unhurried digital experience. They don’t just skim and click away; they stay to read your thoughts, understand your process, and digest the work at their own paced comfort.

Neither is more correct. Just different sites! A quick side-by-side first, and then more details about each after. We’re looking at either a shorter, site (Focused) or a longer site (In-Depth).

Focused suits you if...

Focused suits you if you’d rather say less and say it well. People arrive already holding your name, so the site doesn’t have to convince anyone from scratch. It does have to help the right person feel certain and give everyone else an easy way to decide you’re not for them. Six pages also means fewer decisions to make and a site that’s live faster.

In-Depth suits you if...

In-depth suits you if want to preserve the long-form writing you’ve done. Some of what you’ve drafted works precisely because it is long form! The over-functioning material builds line by line until someone feels described, as does the Menopause page. Shortened, both survive, though that certain something might be lost. Twelve pages also lets each part of your practice stand on its own, which matters if you’re building toward something wider than a full caseload: a group, a workshop, a book.

Let’s look at what I suggest for both below.
OPTION A

The Focused Site

1

Home

The first thing someone sees when they look you up. Your name, your credentials, and the framing that speaks to everyone who might be reading, not just one kind of client.

2

About Pamela

Built around your story, along with your training and license

3

Brave Love

Your framework, standing on its own. This is what makes your practice yours rather than generic, and it deserves the space.
4

Work With Me

one page, three ways in: individual therapy, coaching, and couples. Clear sections, clear differences, clear on who each is for and where you can offer it.
5

Who I Work With

one page, four shorter sections: the ones who hold it all together, the ones who feel it all, menopause and midlife, and for men. Enough for someone to see themselves and reach out.
6

Contact

Consultation details, fees, insurance, FAQs and how to reach you.
OPTION B

The In-Depth Site

1

Home

as above.
2

About Pamela

as above.
3

Brave Love

as above.

Work With Me

Three pages

4

Individual Therapy

The ongoing work. Vermont clients, in person or virtual.
5

Coaching

Separate from therapy, and clearly so.
6

Couples

Written to the room rather than to one person in it, so both partners can read it without feeling like the other one is being sided with.

Who I Work With

Four pages

7

The Ones Who Hold It All Together

For the person who runs everything and is quietly worn down by it. This is the strong page that goes line by line until someone recognizes their own life in it.

8

The Ones Who Feel It All

For the person who has always felt more than the people around them, and learned to make that smaller. Your material on sensitivity as a strength rather than a problem to manage.
9

Menopause & Midlife

For the woman in the middle of a change no one prepared her for. Your non-medicalized take — not a symptom list, but a new season in life to experience and learn from.

10

For Men

For the man who’s here because his wife asked him to be. Its own page, deliberately: short, direct, and separate from everything written to the partner who sent him.
11

FAQs

separate from contact to be more easily findable.
12

Contact

as above, minus FAQs

Included either way

Content strategy

Essentially, this proposal! Guiding you either to short and direct or longform and layered.

Content shaping

I take your existing writing and assemble it into finished pages: choosing between your five versions, cutting the repetition, joining pieces that belong together, and trimming to fit. You wrote all of it. My job is deciding what goes where and getting out of the way. What comes back to you is a draft of each page, ready to read. You mark what’s wrong and I fix it. Where something’s genuinely missing, I’ll tell you exactly what’s needed and roughly how long: a paragraph, not a blank page.

A wordmark and brand system

Your name, set well, with a matching treatment for The Brave Love Project. Plus fonts, colors, and a short guide so everything you make from here looks like it belongs to you.

Design and build

WordPress, responsive on phones and tablets, tested before launch.

Two rounds of revisions per page

so we can refine without circling forever.

Option B

After Care

Care Plans: $50/mo (optional but recommended)

Your site needs to be updated regularly. Some people don’t mind managing this themselves, but others just simply don’t remember or don’t want to. A site that is not updated can be hacked more easily than an updated one, so updates ARE important! But, on top of the time, sometimes when updates are made, it can break parts of the site.

With a Care Plan, once a month I login and update all plugins and WordPress, clean up spam and the database, and fix anything that’s not working.

And if something happens to your site? I’m there to help fix it, usually the same day.

See the full list of what’s included here. With all new sites, 6 months are included free!
