for Moon on the Meadow Farm
Moon on the Meadow needs a website upgrade! The current website, quickly built during the pandemic, no longer meets the main needs of the farm. A new site will help tell their story – the history, the current production, and give a glimpse into the future.
We’ll be keeping the store on Square, and then building a separate custom website on WordPress to showcase all the farm does and delivers.

SIDE NOTE: I want to build this website for you! If this is outside of your budget, please let me know what your budget is and I’ll find a way for us to work together.
- Hosting: $15/mo (I’ll set this up for you through and hand it off when the site launches.)
- Domain: $15/year
- Housekeeping: $29/mo (optional but recommended)
Your site will be built on WordPress, a large open source content management system (CMS). WordPress powers 43% of all websites and allows you to easily manage and update your content.
HOWEVER! Your site also needs to be updated often. Some people don’t mind managing this themselves, but others just simply don’t remember or don’t want to. A site that is not updated can be hacked more easily than an updated one, so updates ARE important! But, on top of the time, sometimes when updates are made, it can break parts of the site.
This is where I offer a service called Housekeeping! Once a month I login and update all plugins and WordPress, clean up spam and the database, and fix anything that’s not working. The basic Housekeeping plan costs $29/mo. I currently maintain and update 50 websites on Housekeeping. You can read more below.
I currently update and manage 40+ websites monthly. Here are some of my favorites that I’ve designed and keep up to date:
Begin homework now.
Design website early April (sooner if possible!).
The faster you get back to me, the faster I can turn things around for you. But! I also know you’re busy – and things take time. Don’t rush just to be done!
To accept the proposal, please select the payment option that works best for you.
Once you accept the proposal, I’ll send you a contract detailing what we’ve agreed upon, written in as little legalese as possible. Then, I will invoice you for the deposit.
Payment must be received before work begins – either in full or one monthly installment.
Of course, if you have questions, please ask! Either below or via email works great for me. Here’s hoping we get to work together!
