Options & Details
SSL & Hosting
$295 for all three sites (plus cost of hosting)
First, in order for me to take on your sites for Housekeeping (ongoing maintenance and updates), I’ll need to move all three sites over to Flywheel. This gives me more control to fix anything that might go wrong. I’ll also get your SSL certificates set up.
INCLUDES:
- Move to Flywheel hosting – $15/mo per site. Once I move your sites, I’ll send you the billing info for you to setup and pay monthly. I’ll retain access to the backend for tech updates.
- Set Up SSL certificate
- Includes one month Housekeeping
- After one free month, Housekeeping is $29/mo per site.
Mobile Friendly Design
$195 per site
Next, we’ll work on making your sites more mobile friendly!
INCLUDES:
- Add Elementor for easier editing
- Fix elements that are not displaying well on phones
- Update the header/footer to be mobile friendly
Newsletter and Instagram Updates
We’ll also work together on creating “posters’ for instagram for you to promote your services, as well as updating your website with your newsletters.
INCLUDES:
- Instagram posts ($30/poster)
- Add newsletter to website ($30)
- Moving lists over to Mailchimp
- Alternatively, we could create a monthly package that includes 8 Instagram posts, adding the newsletter to the website, and Housekeeping for all three sites for $295/mo.

The option you DIDN’T ask for! If you really want to focus on bringing in new clients, I am recommending that you rebuild from the ground up, combining all three sites into one website. Sacred Listener is a great URL that is easy to remember and easy to type in. And it can be the main home for your psychotherapy, feng shui consultations (which really only needs to be 1 page!) and Mata Shakti Ashram.
You would keep all three domains (web addresses), but we would point them all at sacredlistener.com, and from there, direct people to the content that they need. You would only pay for one website at Flywheel per month and only pay me for one site for Housekeeping per month. A 6 month payment plan is available, as is a budget-friendly option that includes Housekeeping and 1/2 hour of minor edits.
You have so much content! Unlike a lot of my clients, there would not be a lot of work on your end. I would take what you currently have and re-arrange and design things so that they make sense to your audience. You’d simply have to give input on how things look.

The faster you get back to me, the faster I can turn things around for you. But! I also know you’re busy – and things take time. Don’t rush just to be done!
CONTRACT DETAILS
The above pricing is effective through a start date of December 2023.
If a contract is not signed by that time, and you would still like to work with me, another proposal will be drawn up at current rates.
Accepted payment forms include personal checks via mail or all major credit cards through Freshbooks or Paypal.
